Revocation/ Right Of Withdrawal
1.1. The customer can return the product in its original state within 1 month. The withdrawal does not have to be well-founded by the customer and begins on the receipt of the product at the customer’s address.

1.2. If there are significant deteriorations or the loss of goods the customer will have to make up for the loss or damage in case of the withdrawal. Any product with visible wear and tear will not be refunded with the full amount paid. In this case the customer has to pay compensation.
1.3. In case of a valid withdrawal we will refund the money (payment made by the customer) after we have received the article to be returned. The shipping will be refunded, if the purchase price is more than 40,00 EUR. (The costs of return of goods up to 40,00 EUR have to be paid by the customer.)
1.4. The two-year material defect warranty (prescribed by the European Union) cannot be warranted by Lovely-Shades because our offered goods are at least 10 years old or more. Therefore, the warranty is limited to 12 months.
